Please answer just one other question for me..

I'm planing to take a two day trip.. I'm very interested, do we get to see any of the buildings from inside? Do we enter any building..?

For example, it says that during the tour "we see"
the hospital
a town hall
a fire station
a kindergarten..

I just read somewhere that since 2012. Ukrainian authorities had put a ban on entering the buildings in Pripyat Does that mean that nowdays there isn't any inside seeing during the tour?

Yes, the situation with visiting the buildings has been changed a little since 2012. Now it is officially banned to go inside the buildings in Pripyat, but under favorable conditions (small group size, quiet atmosphere in the Exclusion Zone) your guide will try to show you the inside of the safest buildings.
