Any one know which network to use for pre paid SIM so I can update my friends when visiting?

What do you mean saying "I can update my friends when visiting"? You can use any of Ukrainian networks, it doesn't matter which one, any of they have pre-paid services.

At Chernobyl city any of tree networks works good, but in a rest of Chernobyl Zone Kyivstar or MTS works better then Life:).

Where would one go about purchasing zone kyivstar or MTS? im confused
